KVKK Notice

1. Data controller

Your personal data is processed by rblxstat (rblxstat.sleax.dev) as the data controller.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: username, display name.
• Contact: email address (stored encrypted).
• Transaction security: password hash, 2FA key (encrypted), session information, IP address and device information (encrypted), sign-in records.
• Customer transactions / usage: favorites, followed games, recently viewed games, notification and appearance preferences, an optional bio and social links, an optional Roblox account link.

3. Purposes of processing

• Running membership and providing the service,
• Running information security processes and preventing unauthorised access and abuse,
• Providing personalised content (favorites, notifications) based on your preferences,
• Meeting legal obligations and informing competent authorities.

4. Method of collection and legal bases

Data is collected electronically through sign-up and settings forms and automatically while you use the site (server logs, essential cookies). Legal bases: KVKK art. 5/2-c (entering into and performing a contract), art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation), art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest: security) and, for preference cookies, art. 5/1 (explicit consent).

5. Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred (encrypted) to infrastructure providers to host the service and, when required by law, to competent public institutions. The text you type into the AI game finder may be passed, without being linked to your identity, to an AI service provider that may be located abroad (KVKK art. 9). Your data is not transferred to third parties for marketing or advertising.

6. Your rights under KVKK art. 11

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• To know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• To ask for it to be corrected if incomplete or wrong, deleted or destroyed under KVKK art. 7, and for these steps to be notified to third parties it was transferred to,
• To object to a result against you arising solely from analysis by automated systems,
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You can delete your account and data yourself in Settings. Other applications can be sent in writing through the contact channel given on the site; applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
